As a psychotherapist, I have worked in community mental health, outpatient day treatment, and private practice settings. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was an architect specializing in affordable housing. A theme in my work life has been a commitment to supporting people in overcoming obstacles to reaching their potential. I have worked with members of marginalized communities including homeless and unstably housed families, immigrants and refugees, intellectually disabled adults, and children, families, and adults who have multiple experiences of trauma.
